Next adventure took us back (have been here before) to the Kentucky horse park. This is a very nice park with roomy campsites. On way ,we had to wait on highway for about 1 1/2 hours for a bad accident ahead. Also stopped at a rest area for information,only to find that the building was closed for a waterleak. The park was crowded,more than we expected. There was some horse jumping competition going on. We adventured over and took in some of the events, fun to watch. Good place to excercise the dogs. Hitched a ride to the arena on someones golf cart. Nice person to stop and ask if we needed a ride. This park will host the world events in sept. Horse trailers all over the place, some very extravagent. People come from all over the USA to compete here. One quickly gets the feel of how big this sport is. From here it is on to Nashville ,tenn.
